High seepage of natural hydrogen at Philippines site suggests millions of tonnes could be trapped below ground

Scientists found that more than 800 tonnes per annum of geologic hydrogen is leaking from subsurface rock near Manila — about 18 times as much as from a 5 million-tonne underground reservoir in Mali
