The Calgary-based integrated energy player said that “all personnel are accounted for and there were no injuries”.
Husky said that “the site is secure and impacts were limited to the unit area” after the fire in the 25,000-barrel-per-day isocracker unit.
“As a precaution, other facilities and units at the refinery were shut down and production is expected to be suspended for about one week,” the company said.
