The Aberdeen-based company, a division of global shipping and energy services player TheCraig Group, said that the multi-service contract was extendable by five years.
North Star Shipping managing director Callum Bruce said the deal furtherstrengthened a 25-year working relationship with the British supermajor.
He added that the contract proved the value of investment in the CraigGroup fleet, operated by North Star, which he said was the largestBritish-owned offshore fleet in the UK with 35 vessels in service.
