Drilling contractor Ocean Rig said it has reached an agreement with Premier Oil and Noble Energy to end a dispute over a semi-submersible rig.
The agreement Ocean Rig to be paid $25 million to settle disputed invoices related to the contract for the Ocean Rig semisub Eirik Raude.
Premier and Noble cancelled the charter for the semisub in February 2016 because of "operational issues".
