Oslo-listed contractor Ocean Yield has terminated a charter with Singaporean subsea contractor Emas Chiyoda Subsea (ECS) for a vessel after a short-term standstill agreement ran its course.
Ocean Yield said on Monday that, in order to protect its legal interest, it served ECS, a joint venture of Singapore’s Ezra Holdings, a notice of termination for the charter for the flex-lay subsea construction vessel Lewek Connector.
