Awarded under a dual FEED scheme, the deal will see the two contractors compete in both the design and in the engineering, procurement and construction price proposal process.
Following that process, Petronas will award one of the two contractors the engineering, procurement construction and commissioning contract for the project, known as Petronas LNG Train 9.
A final investment decision will be made on the train, which would add 3.6
