PTTEP said oil production from development wells at the Munhamir field would add 2500 bpd to the project’s overall production when they start up this month.
It added an oil discovery from an appraisal well at Shams-E South was expected to add a further 1000 bpd in October.
This will take the projects overall oil and condensate production from 1500 bpd currently to 5000 bpd while gas output is expected to average about 50 million cubic feet per day.
