TheOslo-listed company is to buy Havila Shipping’s stake in joint venture AcergyHavila Ltd, which owns the vessel Seven Havila that has been on bareboat charter toSubsea 7 since delivery last year.
A value wasnot disclosed for the transaction, due to be completed in the fourth quarter,although Subsea 7 said in a statement it would have a positive cash effect forHavila Shipping of Nkr150 million ($26.3 million).
