The journey to the field is expected to take two to three days, with installation of the jacket and a new access deck, which was built at HFG’s Hartlepool yard in the UK, expected to take place next week in the same campaign, a spokesman said.
The wellhead platform jacket was started and has been completed much earlier than the other infrastructure for Culzean to give plenty of time to drill Culzean’s high-pressure wells, which typically take longer than conventional wells.
