LNG heat exchanger tests warm to the task

Members of the research team testing the patented Bishop Process heat exchanger watched it come alive for the first time at the AGL Resources Cherokee LNG plant.

AGL is also a participant in the study, which is sponsored by the US Department of Energy.

Shakedown runs tuned the control valves and heated LNG from about -245 degrees Fahrenheit to more than 60 degrees Fahrenheit at the outlet.
