ABU Dhabi’s National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC) is in the driving seat to secure a key offshore contract from Indian state player Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for its life extension of well platforms (LEWP-3) project off the west coast of India.
Industry sources said NPCC emerged as the lowest bidder in the LEWP-3 tender when bids were opened by ONGC on 26 August.
