Hydrocarbons production in Brazil soared in July to a new record, as state-controlled company Petrobras added new wells to platforms in the Buzios and Lula pre-salt fields.
Output increased 9.1% in July to 3.556 million barrels of oil equivalent per day, compared with 3.257 million boepd in June.
Production at Buzios hit 360,500 boepd in July, compared with 306,100 boepd in June, while output at Lula advanced from 1.006
